INTERNSHIPS

Kythera maintains a rolling work/study program were Kythera sponsors talented individuals seeking to extend their education internationally while also contribution to various elements of Kythera’s investment and philanthropic activities. Participants are afforded room and board, tuition, and a stipend to cover educational incidentals. Applicants must demonstrate financial need, academic excellence, intellectual rigor & curiosity and a commitment to community activism and leadership. The program is sponsored by the Kythera Foundation’s initiative for Women Leader’s Program and applicants are sought from the communities in which we invest.
